Room very nice...obviously recently renovated and very well done. Only complaint was no hair dryer, which was included int the amenities. Parking llot very inadequate. Difficult to get our car out in the morning with so many cars parked so close together.Lobby in very poor condition.

They gave us a room that was dirty. I asked the maid if she could come and clean it she did, but she still left a bag of trash in the room. She didn’t change the sheets or the comforter, and it smelled like a dirty mop.

It was pretty nice but under construction. Area around was run down with a vacant lot next to it. Close to the metro and mission bay. The photo of the pool on the website didn’t match the real pool.

There was some construction going on but the room we had was very nice, love the decor, the floors, lighting. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Housekeeping even though it wasn’t on her schedule came in & made our beds & straightened our room up. I wasn’t going to ask for housekeeping just for towels. But that was very nice! Needless to say we enjoyed our stay & made use of the pool & hot tub as well. This place is located perfectly close to anywhere you could want to go. We will be back & I will definitely suggest this place to my family & friends.

Pleasantly Surprised! I was skeptical at first due to the online reviews and ongoing renovations, but this place ended up being a great stay. Yes, the construction was loud at times—sounded like breaking glass—but we weren’t at the hotel much, so it didn’t bother us. Our room was freshly renovated and looked great. Plus, the location was a win—walking distance to 7-Eleven and central to everything we needed, which helped balance out the Uber rides.
