Could hear music from concerts in the park and a wedding downstairs. A relaxing weekend was not had. Hotel has deteriorated since we stayed last. Uncleanliness in bathrooms, elevators and walkways. The pool and spa not heated warm enough. Pavement uneven all around pool. Inside room furniture torn. Not worth $1500 for 2 nights!

Check in was a bit of a mess. Arrived two hours early and was told they were text us if our room became available. It did not. At check in time we were told it might be about 40 minutes. I talked to a supervisor and said we need a room sooner due to our plans. They get a room offered about 15 minutes later. Cleanliness of the room was not good. The bed comforter cover was dirty, and we found dog food along the bed and near the nightstand. Also found some trash underneath the sink area in the bathroom including a toothpick, which was gross. We called and informed them of the cleanliness of the room and waited for housekeeping to come change the sheet. After that, everything went great. We lucked out and had a corner room with a beautiful view of the city and Bay Area.

Convenient location to the convention center and the stadium as well as the Gaslamp district. Beautiful views. There’s a shuttle from the hotel to Coronado beach. Room itself is a bit outdated, no toiletries including hand soap were in my room.
