Newly remodeled and very clean

My family and I had a great stay here. The hotel is newly remodeled and it’s very clean. We really enjoyed all the amenities including the pool, hot tub and complimentary breakfast, bottled water and coffee. The hotel is in a great location. Not far from Belmont Park, Sea World and many restaurants and stores like In n Out, Cane’s, Panda Express, Carter’s, Target, Ross etc. The only downside would be the $25 parking fee and one of their elevators was not in service when we stayed. Other than that we are definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Hotel was recently opened, so everything was clean and looked new. The elevator was broken so it was a little bit of a walk to another elevator. I believe its only 3 floors but the elevator takes awhile to come to you. Faster to take the stairs. Had to pay $25 per night for parking. Parking was almost hard to find because of how tight the parking spaces were and some cars taking up multiple spots. While this hotel was clean and new, the area around it did look a bit iffy. Make sure to not leave any valuables in your car. We did see quite a lot of police activity around the area of this hotel different days. Each morning you get free breakfast. It is a good breakfast, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc, however the two younger ladies working the breakfast each morning we stayed were very rude when you try asking them for things. Multiple people also heard them making rude comments while in the kitchen. Not sure if someone complained because we did see the manager come and talk to the kitchen staff, so that was good. Overall, our stay was nice bed was comfortable, nice breakfast.
