The beds were comfortable and the surrounding area quiet in the eve. The main complaint is have is that both nights I had to turn off the AC due to the noise level of the AC unit. It's not defective, just really loud.

I have stayed here several times when in San Diego on business. The hotel is clean, comfortable, nice size rooms, and great breakfast. Twice I needed help with a reservation modification, both times the same front desk rep was unhelpful and unfriendly about it. But in both cases, the next day, someone else was able to help me with exactly the same request. So I am grateful to those who actually know what they are doing.
