Loud but what ya going do about rude people?

The facilities were slightly run down but for the price i wasnt expecting something brand new. The bed creaked and was very firm. That could have been better. The biggest issue was the other guests. They slamed doors and were noisy coming and going at all times of the day. That could have been just 1 outlying group. All and all a good stay.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Check in and out were easy. I would expect the people at the counter to be happier and friendlier. Breakfast was not allowed to be taken to the room, which is ridiculous, and yet there was no seating in the specific area.

Memorial Day getaway

The hotel is great! Has everything from a morning complimentary breakfast to a little gym, a swimming pool, and a sauna. Pretty much everything you need and a lot of fast food nearby and even some little shops within walking distance. Will be back our next visit to Redlands when visiting friends.

The staff was very helpful answering my questions and I just liked their overall attitude. I genuinely felt welcomed and I never felt like I was bothering them when I asked for help. I really wished I could have stayed longer!
