This is a good hotel. The rooms had spots that were not dusted in a good long time (the cords from the TV to wall, for example, had a half inch of dust on them), the TV remote didn't work, and one of the lamps didn't turn on. But it was otherwise clean and comfortable.

My stay was just a one night, passing through on freeway, stop. Room was quite dated, but clean, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, but not elaborate by any means. Good enough to start the day, and back on the road. Overall, good stay for a reasonable price.

Front desk person was friendly and efficient during check in. The gym is small but allowed for a bit of a workout. As with most hotels the AC unit was very loud. Add to that the yelling and profanity outside of my window all night , sleeping was difficult ( and I am a pretty sound sleeper). The breakfast had a good variety of options. All in all, this was a good place for the price.

It was an “okay” hotel. There was some questionable people at night which was slightly concerning and the staff was kind of awkward, not very warm or welcoming. The property also seems a little outdated. The room wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the greatest either. The room was large and spacious which we liked but we did not like the uncomfortable/dirty looking couch. Having the air on, it gave off a musty smell. The room/bathroom was clean but the restroom could’ve used a deep clean.

Carpeting in the room was disgustingly uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. needs to be removed and tiled are more common now a days. Room was very humid and muggy, I think the carpeting much to do with it. No ventilation in the room. I most likely would not return when there are so many other options in the area close by.

Very pleasant and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was. It was spacious—especially for the price! The room decor is also tasteful and convenient, with working microwave and refrigerator. Not my favorite mini coffeemaker, but with free coffee in the lobby it wasn’t a problem. This hotel was recently remodeled and you can tell! I will say I can’t vouch for the cable TV service. The remote would not work, so we were stuck on one program for the evening as we checked in late, and opted not to try to get a replacement. The TV size and placement is nice though. There was a comfortable double recliner in the room—great for reading the news on my iPad, but I could NOT figure out how to work the manual reclining feature. Still, all in all, it was a great room, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. This location is also convenient to everything in Redlands.

Change out the pillows please

The room itself at this location is always to par for a good stay. But they really need to change out the pillows. Clean pillow cases can not overcome the smell of all the previous guest. The pillows are well over do for a complete swap. They are old, lumpy and out lived their lifespan.

Amazing stay! I loved everything about this hotel! The pool & jacuzzi are indoors & weren’t crowded. The rooms are spacious & the breakfast was filling. Breakfast had plenty of hot options like scrambled eggs, hash browns, waffles, etc. I would most def book again!
