"Amazing view"
We booked the Sky mountain room and the view from our room was amazing. Everything inside was new. The only downside was there werent enough golf buggies to take you around the resort. Due to the steep hill it was not possible to walk up to the room from reception. We got frustrated a few times waiting for them. Also the resort is far from the city so its good for relaxation but if you want to do activities then you will need to organise transport. We paid 2500 baht and a taxi drove us around from 9-7pm.

"Nice stay"
The hotel is surprisingly good. I stayed in the new wing with lift so everything is quite pleasing to me, especially (1) the partition with a long bench facing a huge window; and (2) the daily complementary set. Shower is good. Breakfast is good. They even provide daily welcome drink! I think if the money I paid, these are much better than expected.

"Great option for families"
We are a family of 5 and just stayed 4 nights at Siripanna. Hotel is well kept, rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet and with good AC. Ours were on the 2nd floor and had a balcony. 1st floor ones have access to a shared pool instead. You will find great deals for lunch & dinner buffets as well as for the Spa (which we highly enjoyed/recommend). Gym is a downside: small room with a couple old-model treadmills. Wifi is a bit unstable and continually requires re-logging. Don't expect much around the hotel (there is actually nada). Still, it is just a short 15 min and/or 100-150 Baht taxi or tuk-tuk drive from downtown (night street market, Hard Rock, etc). In sum we liked it and recommend it.

"Lovely hotel in a quiet location."
The hotel and bedrooms are very nicely decorated and with good facilities. The shower is AMAZING! The hotel itself is on a quiet, residential road which is about a 20 minute walk away from the daily night market. You can borrow bikes too if you want to cycle around town. The staff are lovely and very friendly. Overall a good hotel.

"One of the best in Chiang Mai"
At an excellent price point. Been traveling to Chiang Mai for many years and have stayed in a lot of different places. BB Mantra is a win! The biggest plus - soft beds and good pillow selection. This is rare in the land of the plank bed. Also, the shower puts out a torrential downpour on high and has a curtain to keep the floor dry - another rarity in Thailand. The rooms (stayed in 3 different ones over two months Jan and Feb 2016) are all very well cleaned and the decks overlooking the really pretty pool are a bonus. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. I had trouble with a slow drain once and they were on it with the fix immediately. Very good location away from the diesel exhaust of the moat road, close to Somphet Market, good scooter rentals on site. Highly recommend!

"Top notch hotel....i would rate it as 6star. "
Beautiful resort with great facilities. Staff were so well trained, efficient, polite and services were top notch. Great that they have shuttles to the night market. However be warned that the food at this resort is extremely expensive. I have been to a lot of 5 star resorts in Asia and this is definitely the most expensive so faŕ.

Samoeng is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Samoeng, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Samoeng hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
