One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at, the attention to detail on the rooms is insane. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Just has a weak AC but I’ll blame that on the Europe heatwave

Great location. Not sure if everywhere in Switzerland is like this; This is the only place we stayed. We were only there for two days. But we didn’t like that we couldn’t control the room temperature from the room. I really like the in room coffee maker.

Excellent breakfast, attentive staff, spacious room.

We loved having access to the guest kitchen including the fridge. The back terrace was in full bloom and a lovely place to sit in the evening with snacks and a drink after a busy day of being tourists. The breakfast was amazing with home made goodies (and we know they were homemade as we were in the guest kitchen getting water one day and the very lovely staff member was taking delicious smelling treats out of the oven!), a nice selection of fruits, cheeses, breads, etc. The staff were very helpful with suggestions and directions as well. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience!
