We greatly enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable bed, quite, and in an amazing location. The walk to get breakfast is not even a minute away and the options are good. In particular Jasmine was very nice and helpful and made us feel welcomed in Hanoi! Definitely recommend staying here when in Hanoi. We will be back!

Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

Staff is very attentive checking in with us all the time. They even remembered our names right away.

We loved staying here. Location was great, breakfast very nice but all the staff were amazing. May was so friendly and helpful as was Dong. Duc always had a smile at the door. I would recommend staying here the staff make your stay.
