Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I had something positive to say about this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was awful from start to finish. • Outdated and Poorly Maintained: The hotel is extremely outdated, and the rooms lack even the most basic necessities. • No Proper Bedding: There were no blankets, just a thin bedsheet that barely covered the mattress. • Minimal Towels: For two guests, we were given only one towel—no face towels, no extras. • Security Concerns: The door didn’t seem secure, and when I went to the front desk to complain, the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. • Faulty Amenities: The TV barely worked, there were exposed electrical cables, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up every time we used it. This hotel was a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere!

The location is great, the overall experience with the hotel was good. Had to be moved from room as the first room had the bathroom sink dirty and the bed comforter was stained. The breakfast was great. The ac unit was leaking a little bit of water.

Vi muitos comentários ruins sobre o Hotel, mas na minha experiência eu amei, fui viagem de casal, adorei os profissionais educados, o quarto bom, só não gostei da limpeza pq encheram o chão de água sanitária meu esposo foi lavar uma calça e sem querer deixou cair no chão quando pegou manchou de tanta kboa que tinha .. mas o conforto da cama , o quarto que fiquei de frente ao mar , a localização, atendimento tudo muito bom e café da manhã também gostei . Dava de ir tudo a pé ali nas redondezas, tem um senhorzinho que fica depois da quadra que vende água de coco por 5 reais e água mineral 2,50 amei demais e próximo ao acarajé da Dinha que é muito próximo tem uma distribuidora que a água de 1,5l custa 4,90 … amei demais tudo. Se eu fosse me hospedar em Salvador me hospedaria novamente nesse hotel sim

A melhor Localização e o pior café da manhã da vid

Atendimento cordial, limpeza razoável. Móveis, mas precisamente a cama muito velha. Toalhas também velhas e manchadas. Ar condicionado novo e funcionando bem. Pscina com uma vista linda, mas faltam cadeiras, espreguiçadeiras e sombreiro. Tem pouquíssimas. No dia que fomos não tinha Wi-Fi e o telefone do quarto não funcionava. Café da manhã lamentável, extremamente decepcionante. Nem nas menores pousadas, das menores cidades vi margarina no café da manhã, esse hotel foi o primeiro. O suco é feito com refresco em pó... em fim, não temho nada de positivo para falar sobre o café da manhã. Localização perfeita, em um dos bairros mais boêmios de Salvador, por isso não consigo entender como um hotel nesse lugar pode estar nessa situação ruim. Precisa de melhorias urgentemente.

O grande problema foi uma obra do lado do meu quarto! Fiquei três dias sendo acordado as 7h com barulho de marreta, furadeira e todo tipo de barulho de obra, só depois de 3 dias me passaram para um quarto no 4 andar que naomtinha barulho.
