A estadia foi muito boa. O café da manhã bem variado e saboroso. O funcionário que estava atendendo no restaurante, durante o café da manhã, era muito atencioso e educado. A higiene do quarto estava excelente. As funcionárias da recepção poderiam ser mais mais atenciosas e passar informações sobre a estadia. Dessa vez, o atendimento da recepção deixou a desejar.

Razoável

É hotel mas deu pra perceber que muitos hóspedes usam como motel. 3 horas no mínimo, etc. Cama de couro, cochão duro, com rasgos, travesseiro mesmo padrão. Banheiro tava limpo, ar condicionado ok, tv ok, torneira do lavatório estava com defeito mas deu pra usar. O café da manhã é bom e os atendentes são muito educados e prestativos.

O quarto é bem aconchegante, único problema foi com a tv que depende da internet do hotel (que é horrível), então, sempre saia do ar os canais por falta dela. Não tem globo, para assistir a globo tinha que acessar o aplicativo globoplay e como a internet do hotel não é boa, vc não consegue acessar os aplicativos disponíveis. A recepcionista não passou todas as informações necessárias, como limpeza do quarto que precisa deixar a chave na recepção e solicitar a limpeza, troca de roupa de banho vc também tem que solicitar, se não solicitar essas coisas, já era. Não informam que tem buffet de almoço e janta. Eu fiquei no 3° andar e o café da manhã é servido no 4° andar (é servido de 6h as 10h), meu quarto era embaixo da área do café, eu era acordada com o barulho de cadeiras arrastando o tempo todo.

Falta atendimento às regras relacionadas a PCD's.

Quarto sem ventilação, janela com pintura na cor preta, voltada para um duto de ar, extremamente barulhento. Iluminação com defeito, quarto escuro. Box do banheiro com vazamento, inunda todo o banheiro. Inclusive cai no banheiro. Detalhe: na solicitação informei que eu era PCD, portadora de doença neurológica rara e grave e ainda assim me alocaram em um quarto extremamente barulhento. Solicitei a troca assim que fiz o check-in e o quarto era pior ainda. Zero despeito para com pessoas com deficiência.

Ótimo local para se hospedar, próximo ao centro histórico e circuito barra-ondina. Não possui restaurantes bons por perto, mas no hotel serve almoço e café da manhã.

Gostei da limpeza, café da manhã, estrutura. O ponto negativo é o isolamento acústico. As janelas são horríveis pois deixam passar muito barulho externo. Tive dificuldade pra dormir. Barulho dos equipamentos de ar condicionado e de água, bem como de hóspedes no corredor.
