Front desk staff was not welcoming. Run down hotel and surrounding area was dirty. Stains on walls, odor in room, and wet carpet (hopefully was carpet cleaner but not sure). People were slamming doors until 1 am. If we could have received a refund, we wouldn’t have stayed there at all.

Nice property, friendly staff, accommodation were great, close to our venue. The only issue was, which is in no way the fault of the hotel, when we arrived there were 3 police cars coming in the alley where we had park making an arrest. We were worried that this maybe a little shady or unsafe. We did not feel that way at .. as with any hotel we practice safety. Great stay! Thank you

The hotel was clean and quiet. They did charge us $150 deposit that we weren't expecting it to be so high. The clerk that checked us in was very rude. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

The carpet is so dirty and the room has cockroaches. And there are homeless people around the property and feel unsafe. I booked it through Expedia and the hotel staff allows me full refund. Thanks the receptionist for that though.

The property is in a bad location, homeless everywhere. They were using the wifi and ice machine. The hotel was filthy, dog poop smesred right outside the door. A spider crawled on me while i was on the toilet. The building is dated. Avoid this place.
