Disappointing

We arrived and the washer was broken so the rooms weren’t ready until 8:30 pm. Waiting on clean towels. The manager wasn’t on just one young guy. We get up to our room and the remote control didn’t work. Young guy says hes bringing another one but never shows up.

Hotel needs better management of availability.

Check in was paid for 3 pm we arrived at 330 and they said they wouldn’t have room tell 5 so this was supper inconvenient. After discussing situation with clerk, he made an exception and gave us a partially ready room. He was the best service of the overall situation. It’s not the clerks fault. The hotel was unprepared. Bathroom was broken and washers were broken. Clerk was great at making the best of the whole situation.
