Loved this cute studio apartment! It had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The surrounding neighborhood is calm, restaurants, grocery store, and walking distance to the corniche about 15 minutes. The host is helpful and easy to communicate with.

This was a blah hotel with nothing plus about it that I could see. The staff were helpful suggesting restaurants close by. It was comfortable but nothing special in a nothing special part of town.

Clean and quiet! Very important for Casa!

The hotel is fairly new, our king bed was huge and sheets clean. They gave us nice towels. The breakfast was yummy and it’s near the ocean.

J’ai séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel et, dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une bonne expérience. Son principal atout est son excellent emplacement, en plein centre-ville de Casablanca. De nombreux restaurants, cafés et commerces sont accessibles à pied, ce qui permet de profiter du quartier sans avoir besoin d’une voiture. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le service de voiturier, qui est gratuit. Le personnel est courtois et ce service ajoute une réelle valeur au séjour. Cela dit, je m’attendais à un niveau de prestation un peu plus élevé pour un hôtel classé 5 étoiles. Ayant séjourné dans d’autres établissements de cette catégorie, comme le Mount Stephen à Montréal, j’ai trouvé que les chambres, les salles de bain, la qualité des finitions, la décoration et les équipements y étaient plus raffinés. Même certains hôtels 4 étoiles où j’ai séjourné, comme le Hyatt Place du Vieux-Montréal, m’ont laissé une impression plus favorable en ce qui concerne le service et l’expérience globale. En résumé, c’est un bon hôtel, particulièrement grâce à son emplacement et à son service de voiturier gratuit. À mon avis, il se rapproche davantage d’un excellent hôtel 4 étoiles que d’un véritable 5 étoiles.

Great staff. Nice big rooms. Great location. The rooms were cleaned well but some areas are a little tired (weathered bean bag chairs by pool/some stains on couch in room). The staff was great at arranging transport and were super friendly. They are really putting in great effort to be good hosts. With a family of 4 the two bedroom room was great.

The food was good, the staff were helpful and nice . I liked the animation team, they’re very engaged with the guests, I liked the activities for the kids. However, the restaurant was very crowded, and the food runs out very quickly! One restaurant, was not enough for the amount of guests, which created long lines, and long wait to get some food ! I will recommend at least 2 stations for the more requested foods such as pizzas, chicken nuggets, fries , and mssemen, and omelets for breakfast time. Regarding the room, the AC did not seem to be working well, we had to request new bathroom towels the next day, because when housekeeping fixes the room, next day, they just picked up the dirty towels, and did not replace with new ones. Overall the atmosphere was good and we had fun.
