I liked that the rooms were clean and decorated super cute. The breakfast was ok; I think it could include more items, but overall great experience.

Like how secluded the property is. Needs major fixture upgrades in the bathrooms. Had issues with toilets and shower. The remodel was done poorly in the restrooms. I won’t stay again due to bathroom issues. Toilets are small, fixtures were loose, paint splatter in floors, caulking was mess in both bathrooms.

When we booked we thought we booked a stay in the condos but we were booked in a Villa. This Villa was very old and had outdated TV and appliances, it was more like an old motel . We contacted the manager and explained someone had said they were upgrading us so we thought that meant the condos . We talked to management and got a room in the condos. It was a 2 br so we had to pay more. Once we were moved the room was acceptable. We will not stay here again. We had to pay extra for moving rooms when I felt like they could have been more accommodating. We have stayed here before so I believe that was management's decision to place us in a sub standard room it was Ada and we did not ask for that. I was disappointed in the property itself it seems to be in need of a remodel. The Villas are not at all what we expected.

I stayed in a one bedroom with kitchen suite and it was fabulous…like a little apartment. The bed is really comfortable, and the ability to stream Netflix is an added bonus. The fitness center is clean and decent-sized. Had no problem finding parking. The only downfall is I stayed 5 nights and they only cleaned the room once. Their policy is to come every other day. I even specifically asked for it to be cleaned again, as I had garbage in the kitchen, but they never came. I have stayed at two nearby hotels, and Hyatt House is the best. Highly recommend!

We appreciated the large spacious room as we were moving my son into FSU and had to pack/ un-pack etc. It was a little far to campus however (20 min. drive) for dorm move-in and then coming back to the hotel and then going back into town for dinner again - might choose a closer hotel next time. Breakfast was meh. While we appreciate the Lipton tea bags, the eggs served were fake scrambled eggs which I can't stand. Preferred the omelets at the Hampton Inns we stayed at during this road trip much better. The pool was OK. Honestly not the best pool, but younger son enjoyed it and had it to himself. It was almost too hot to enjoy anyway. The lagoon was pretty and I wanted to walk on the dock but it was closed / halfway sunk in the lake. My kids appreciated the large gym. The air conditioning vent was directly over the king size bed I slept in. I was freezing. Wish it was located elsewhere.
