The devil is in the details...

The air conditioning needs to be cleaned. There were long brown hair all over the ceramic tile in the bathroom...not mine...I have a buzz cut. Ran out of shampoo and the maid didn't replenish it since she didn't make the room. The receptionist was very nice, confirmed that the room was supposed to be cleaned everyday and gave me an extra shampoo but when I asked her about the WiFi she acknowledged that there was a problem but didn't do anything about it. Make sure you have plenty of data left on you cell plan. The TV reception was also poor. I was there 5 nights and didn't have WiFi for 4 nights and TV for 2...I almost forgot, the ice machine was not working yesterday...I think that's it...

The location was great, on arrival we were not informed that we had to request towels and linens, etc So we did and that was what we received, but no other cleaning service.

The water pressure was too weak. The toliet wouldn't flush properly so i actually had to use the bathroom on the first floor by the pool on our last day. The tub was dirty and grimy when we got there.
