I was in room 21. It was a comfortable room with everything you need. But, in that room there is no oceanview. But I had a really good night sleep.

First day of Breakfast. No toaster available and ran out of hot water for tea/coffee.It is a huge hotel and 3 story yet only one washer and two dryer. It’s free laundry but someone before us did not even bother to check his laundry at past 930 pm and we waited 15 mins before we complain but staff says they can’t do something about it as they had no idea which room is doing laundry. The following morning and it’s our last day, there was a fire alarm at 0630ish. Saw people with small kids running down the stairs and I also run to check out and saw 2 fire trucks in front of the hotel. Fireman stayed more or less 5 mins. When we checked out, I did asked about the fire alarm. Staff says, they had no control over as kids sometimes pushes random buttons or people smoke in the building

Always an awesome place to stay. The free breakfast is a plus.

Very clean and spacious rooms

The staff were extremely calm, friendly and knowledgeable and apologetic. They were very helpful with directions around the city. Breakfast was amazing. Although it would have been nice to have some hash browns and maybe some muffins or sweetbread like other Best Westerns offer. I was very happy with their French toast as that is something that others don't offer. I feel whomever is managing this Best Western is doing a poor job of guiding their staff. I would expect that their would be at least a couple of fresh towels in the pool area and maybe to switch their T.V. network to someone other than Rogers. After a long day of travel you would expect to be able to unwind with some T.V. or you would think BW would offer something like a discount considering this service was interrupted. Overall ,my stay here was very nice being close to the city ,yet far enough away for tranquility. Again, the staff were very friendly and empathetic.

Great stay. I would recommend for anyone looking for a convenient spot just outside of the downtown core.

The hotel is corect

It was wonderful! I always stay here. The tv was out but luckily I didn’t need it as we entered rained each other but I was disappointed at first. Breakfast is almost always delicious, sometimes the apple juice is a bit funky
