Great location and pool

Area is fantastic-mountains, lake - wonderful. Property is aged, the small chalets need a makeover. The pool is splendid, breakfast was really nice.

Great Location

Fabulous location near Lake Annecy. Accommodation set on large grounds with lots for children and great outdoor pool. Bar area and restaurant modern and service fabulous. Our accommodation block was slightly older but did the job!

Les images sur votre site ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité de l'établissement. La chambre familiale était trop exigu, les portes étaient défoncées, la peinture était écaillée, la douche était sale et oppressante. On est parti pour finir dans un autre établissement. Le Pré du Lac n'a de beau que son nom et n'est pas un 4 étoiles. Je ne le recommande même pas.

La personne de l'accueil nous a appelé lorsqu'elle a vu qu'il y avait un risque que nous arrivions après sa fermeture à 20h. Nous avons eu les bonnes informations et trouvé la chambre rapidement. Le staff de l'accueil s'est montré très agréable. Nous avons reservé un créneau pour l'espace aqualudique à 10h. Tout était nickel. Petit point d'attention. Nous avons profité de la vue sur les montagnes depuis la piscine jusqu'à ce que les membres de l'équipe du resto viennent prendre leur pause devant la fenêtre. Nous n'étions du coup plus tout à fait seuls. On les a salué depuis l'autre côté de la glace puis nous avons changé d'endroit pour nous sentir moins observées.

Ich fand das schade, dass in der Rezeption am Einreisetag kein Personal mit Englisch-Kenntnissen verfügbar war. Das erschwerte die Kommunikation. Zudem fand ich das schade, dass dieses Hotel sich u.a. als Wellness-Hotel bewirbt, dass aber die Kunden dafür extra bezahlen müssen. Das Frühstück war nicht unser Ding. Wir bevorzugen frisches Gemüse und Obst statt Früchte aus der Dose.

Ancienne colonie de vacances réhabilitée, tout y est pour passer un moment agreable en famille ou entre amis. Bien équipé et possibilites de louer des vélos pour s'épanouir autour du lac de Annecy et hotel assez proche du lac pour s'y promener à pied.
