Great newly updated 2 bedroom apartment right on the edge or lower town! Perfect base for walking. Great air exchange system so wasn’t stuffy at all. Comfy beds. Only improvement would be a bigger couch or comfy chair to go with

Wow! Great hotel with personalized service. Staff is wonderful! Centrally located in old Quebec! Make sure to get drinks at Bijou, Andrew is quite the mixologist!

The front desk staff was so amazing. The lobby and bar staff so lovely. The hotel was very pretty. The room we had had some issues, the housekeeper did an amazing job tidying our room. There was a very bad smell in the bathroom in the shower drain of urine, it was so strong we had to close the bathroom door. The noise in the room above us was so loud on the 3rd floor. People walking with their shoes on all night. The elevator was very loud and you could hear everyone who would come up to do their laundry hung out in the hallways on the 2nd floor talking on their phones while their laundry was being cleaned. We understand this is a heritage building but our room 217 has a huge slope in the floor it’s so bad and the mattress is so uncomfortable. Also the window would not close. The shower head should be replaced it doesn’t allow for much water to fall you have to stand right beside the wall to get enough water. This is our first time in Quebec City and the staff was so great. The hotel is located in a great spot. Don’t expect to get parking The first night we couldn’t access the parking lot it was full and cars were blocking the front entrance we had to park in a garage blocks away. It was $18 a day. They do have parking at the hotel if you show up at 11am check out for $25 if available. But being new to the city we didn’t know this. It’s a very busy city lots of traffic lots of cruise ship tourists it has an amazing European feel and the food is the best I have ever had.

My first solo trip, and I couldn’t have picked a better destination or place to lay my head! 🧡 I wanted a true local experience rather than your typical Marriott or Hilton, and Hotel Boutique Ophelia did NOT disappoint! The staff was incredible! Although they aren’t on-site, they respond so quickly to every call and message. The daily check-ins were also such a thoughtful touch! The room was SOOO stinking cute, comfortable, and clean! It truly felt like my home away from home for the four days I was there. A little FYI: There are no elevators, BUT PLEASE, DO NOT let that stop you from booking! Just let them know, and someone can assist with your luggage. The location is EVERYTHING! You’re surrounded by amazing restaurants, including the hotel’s very own Ophelia, which is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! I had an incredible birthday dinner there and even went back for brunch. 🥂🎂 Everything is within walking distance, and I’m SO glad I didn’t rent a car! Exploring on foot allowed me to see and experience so much more. I cannot recommend Hotel Boutique Ophelia enough! Amazing staff, a beautiful room, an unbeatable location, and incredible food. Five stars just aren’t enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you, Hotel Boutique Ophelia, for making my first solo trip and birthday so special. You’ve officially set the bar HIGH! 🧡
