I wasn’t able to reach the property manager for quite sometime. Their 24hr chat line didn’t work. They hadn’t told us about being able to reach them by WhatsApp. I ended up having to enable my home phone line to call them incurring extra roaming charges.

The property would not allow for me to change my dates, even though I gave them over a month notice and they had availability. It was up to them and for no reason they said no. Poor customer service.
