Great stay!

The front desk spoke English which was extremely comforting and reliving. The room was very nice and I liked that the parking was secure. The room was clean but I gave it 4 stars because there was used stuff in the fridge but other than that everything looked good!!

Highly disappointed in lack of flexibility

Due to an emergency I was unable to check in on the date I booked. Instead I wanted to move the check in date by one day. I realize it was past the policy date but thought the hotel would be flexible considering I still wanted to stay there just one day later. But unfortunately they refused and were not flexible.

Super nice hotel, clean, modern, had a Mac computer in it, really! Walking distance from a delicious restaurant that’s open 24 hours too. Perfect bed, soft, and reasonable late checkout. Breakfast left a lot to be desired though lol. Also want to thank the staff and manager. I had booked his reservation and accidentally cancelled a few minutes later. We rebooked the reservation and although it was an ordeal to get a refund on the error, the management was supportive and accommodating, so were the staff. Thank you team.
