Great property, would stay again. Rooms were very clean and up to date. Bathroom products were a nice surprise. We used the airport shuttle which was great.

It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc. Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away. It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality.

Window in the shower? Not advised. Shower head and wand holder broken.

Hotel is literally in the University of Minnesota campus so it was super convenient, rooms are spacious and clean and beds are very comfortable, the loony is very nice and they have free lemonade and popcorn and there is a chic filet and Starbucks right downstairs and a Dunkin across the street, I also tried their restaurant and liked it a lot, highly recommend for U of M parents

Comfortable 2 bedroom duplex unit. Well equipped kitchen, stack W/D, fireplace, deck with Adirondack chairs. Grounds well maintained. Pool has been closed and walking paths deteriorated. Ceiling lights not working. No path to lake from these units.

Loved the staff and really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very professional helpful and friendly. The toilet in the room was constantly running after being flushed. The staff sent maintenance right away but they were not able to completely stop the toilet from running even after replacing the flushed with a new part

The week we had chosen was extremely full and busy due to the rib fest and other local activities. The hotel was short staffed ( not their fault) and a large remodeling project was inside. The rooms are very nice and roomy. Good stay
