We really enjoyed our stay at this b&b. Great location for walking around town & close to the water. The manor is very charming & quaint, the owners & staff are super friendly & helpful. The breakfast is delicious 😊

This is such a fantastic place to stay outside Ottawa. We stayed here during a trip to the Nordik Spa which is conveniently located very near by. The motel is situated in the quiet and serene hills while still being close to transport routes. Parking is convenient and room is filled with character as well as modern and comfortable touches. I'm not sure there is a nicer bathroom in a motel anywhere. I have no complaints about this motel and can't wait to stay there again. I highly recommend as a unique, independent, and fun option and alternative to Ottawa, especially if visiting the Nordik spa.

We loved being a gold star member as the lounge amenity was great, except it was too cold, and the ability to check in and out quickly, except no one told us about that and had to wait in the line at the main Cecil in for quite some time.

Fantastic location, warm staff and a beautiful experience overall. Karla at the reception was kind and warm. Provided great recommendations that made for a great overnight stay. Would stay here again when we come back for fall foliage!

Room was perfect except for the bathtub/shower - we're both in our 80's & there were no support railings, etc. for safely getting in & out of the beautiful enormous tub & overhead shower. Our breakfast waitress Paige was was excellent. So was the best hotel breakfast we'd had in years. Our charming doorman originally from Northern Turkey. All staff exceptionally friendly & helpful.
