En arrivant à l'hôtel, la personne de l'accueil est fâché car j'ai utilisé une carte debit/credit pour payer ma réservation. Elle me dit que ça ne fait pas et je lui mentionne que malheureusement mon paiement est deja fait. Elle me mentionne que si ca responsable aurait été là, elle aurait cancellé ma réservation et que je n'aurais pas eu ma chambre. Elle a fini par prendre un prélevé de 200$ sur ma carte debit/credit et après 6 jours je n'ai toujours pas eu mon remboursement de dépôt! Je suis une mère seule avec mes enfants et ceci me donne des problèmes financiers de ne pas avoir accès à mon 200.00$. Si la carte debit/credit ne fait pas, le site de réservation ne devrait pas l'accepter et il devrait le dire avant. Pas quand le client est partie du Saguenay pour dormir à votre hôtel pour une nuit en vacances avec ses enfants. Le confort de l'hôtel est très bien mais je dois mentionner que le lavabo était sale et il y avait le dépôt du savon sur le côté de l'ancienne location.

Staff at this Holiday inn was very friendly and welcoming to our dog. We only stayed one night but this location will be on our list to stop again. Breakfast in the morning was very delicious and a great end to our stay. @thecanadiandoodlehally

Bring your slippers or thick warm socks in cool and cold weather since there is no carpeting on the floors. Apartment is located in the old Quebec City in nice central location in the old city. Access to drop off luggage at apartment can be limited due to street construction activity in the area. Google maps are incorrect due to streets that are no longer open to vehicles. 24 hour parking lot is located on main drag about 5 blocks away. For this apartment check-in and documentation is submitted electronically online at website link sent by vendor. They will e-mail access code on day of check-in since there is no front desk. There is also a buzzer at entrance to apartment that can be used to communicate if you have issue upon arrival. Plenty of local restaurants in the area. Grocery stores and pharmacies are a bit of a walk from the apartment so bring a backpack or reusable shopping bags.

We loved this property. It was a two-story place with some tall stairs, but it was very unique and interesting. I would say that the Housekeeper could do a better job cleaning the shower. The separate bedroom was really nice. On days two and three the upstairs bathroom and the bunk bed bedroom did get pretty warm though. Thermostat did not seem to work. We would definitely go back and do recommend the property. Location is the best.
