So difficult to contact staffs.Took me 1 hour for waiting for someone to come to get me in due to forgot my room key inside.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Its location is excellent. It’s within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, malls, and public transportation. One of the thoughtful touches I really appreciated was the lobby amenities. Guests have complimentary access to filtered water in different temperatures, an espresso machine, snacks, and soft drinks. Overall, the combination of the great location, well-kept facilities, and excellent complimentary amenities made for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Single room extremely small, wait time for elevators a long time. Location great.

The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them. WIFI could be better...but it's free. Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine. The free breakfast was very filling.

The family rooms are immense and very functional with separate areas for the shower, toilet, and sinks.

My second stay, this time with my wife. Excellent location and rooms are very nicely decorated and appointed. Very comfortable and lots of great walks and dining options. Will stay again.
