The only reason this hotel gets more than 1 star is the staff. I’m pretty sure this is the original Residence Inn and it hasn’t been updated since it was opened. The property is in obvious disrepair and needs a lot of work. Being an older property isn’t necessarily a deal breaker, but there was trash in the stairwell that wasn’t picked up during our stay, the trash cans outside were overflowing the whole time, and the room had a noticeable smell to it.

Had absolutely no complaints here .

Staff was friendly and breakfast good .

Pros: The rooms and place were clean. Generally cool vibe, nice staff. Betts restaurant excellent breakfast. The cons: The valet, though nice, could not handle the number of vehicles that day, needed to circle hotel for 35 minutes before could park (only 3 spots in front to pull in). The elevator broke with us in it, had to call for emergency help. It bounced up and down, got out as it was lowered 2 feet and we had step out and get all our luggage off. Gave us free valet parking, only after I talked to manager.

Great location for patients visiting the Cleveland Clinic, the rooms work perfectly but i wouldn’t mind some renovations

Just a great property with friendly staff & a great restaurant/bar attached!!

Bar was supposed to be opened until 11 p.m. on a Saturday evening and we walked in at 9:45 p.m. for a nightcap and they had just taken the cash drawer so to close the bar area.
