Sagamore Hills Vacation Packages

This hotel has great location but lacks spacious rooms & bathrooms and needs some updating. The one working elevator was so slow it took forever to get up and down. The valet parking took 20-25 mins each time you wanted your car. We were told it would be parked in a garage that remained locked overnight but the next morning my daughters new comforter was drenched. We’ve stayed at better places in Cleveland.

This location was fabulous of attending multiple sports games. We attended a baseball game at Progressive field, a basketball game at Rocket Arena & a concert at Huntington Bank field all in one weekend with ever calling an uber! Many restaurants close as well. Fantastic stay!

Our stay was terrible. The tub wouldn’t drain. There was no bedding for the pull out bed. My husband woke up in FULL BODY welts and was sick for 2 days. We called them and they said there was “damages” to the room and they had photos. When asked what damages they stated a washcloth covered in makeup couldn’t be cleaned. A refund was requested and ignored so we contacted our bank as we could not get anyone to help us so we were left with no choice.
