Wonderful experience! Great customer service. Very clean. Love the complimentary breakfast

All rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Entire hotel smells like smoke. Staff was very courteous and letting me try to pick a room that was better but they all had smoke. Bed was very uncomfortable pillows also smelled of heavy smoke. No hot water and one of my bathrooms even after calling maintenance but my other bathroom didn’t have hot water. Staff to try to fix it, but it didn’t work. There were two air-conditioning units in the room. I ended up in and one Wood screech every 40 minutes. A really loud noise when it was engaging the compressor. Other than that, the staff is quite friendly! I’ll never stay there again.

The breakfast for 15 bucks looked unreasonable. You get the same kinda things at any hotel where breakfast is included. If you are charging then your menu should be little more extensive

El check in era a lad 3pm y llegamos a las 9pm y no tenían nuestra habitación preparada. Cuando al fin entramos al cuarto, no tenían jabón, papel de baño a mitad el rollo. Las sabanas tenían una mancha marrón, el cuarto se veía un poco deteriorado, la luz del baño estaba todo el tiempo parpadeando. El desayuno era hasta las 10am pero luego el luned aparentementr era hasta las 9 y llegamos 10 minutos antes de las 9. Nos dijeron que no habían huevos, y lo que quedaba del buffet cuando fuimos a servirnos se llevaron las bandejas en nuestra cara, también cuando fuimos a prepararnos los waffles apagaron la maquina mientras estaba preparandolos y la persona que estana ahí, una mujer joven con trenzas largar me gritó y me faltó el respeto. Estuve con mi familia desde el viernes hasta luned y en ningún momento nos limpiaron el cuarto, no nod botaron la basurs ni nos dieron toallas nuevas. Hablamos con un supervisor en el front desk y le dijimos todo lo que había pasado y pars nada sirvió por que no hizo nada al respecto por atender nuestras necesidades ni tampoco atender la situación de falta de respeto de su personal de servicio. En fin un lugar horrible, con servicio horrible, para nada les recomiendo que se queden. Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría.

Amaz8ng stay. Hotel appeared brab new. All amenities super(pool,breakfast). Super comfortable beds, great location. Theres a nearby (walking distance) Mexican Food restaurant. A plus service and food was delicious too. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. See you soon.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The property inside looked great, but the property outside was getting some work done and wasn't marked off. Someone could have easily tripped and fallen. I love the late check in with the deposit boxes. It made things go so easily. My only complaint is that we were on the first floor and wecould definitely hear the people above us pacing. Also, we heard every time their water was turned on. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is aged, it is clean, the first night we were there we had no hot water and did not until later the next day. They also only have housekeeping services every 3 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and when we had no hot water had maintenance already working on fixing the issue. Overall, I did enjoy the view the staff was helpful and friendly and it was clean. I however would prefer not to stay again, and will choose a hotel that has been updated or is new.

Great location, clean room, helpful staff, and a cool little contemporary art museum right on premises.
