Room was large and clean. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and nice amenities. Our only complaint was that our room was very cold and the controls for the air conditioning didn’t seem to work!

Bed and pillows was too firm. Steps in and out of the pool too steep and the last one very tall.

Nice staff and property.

The room was clean, a/c was sufficient for the hot weather. Building was being remodel (inside). Room was on the third floor near the truck stop constant traffic all night. The staff was professional and courteous.

Property was easy to find and parking available. Great breakfast. Expedia customers should be aware: Check-in instructions on Expedia are confusing and missing essential info. I followed notes from Expedia to contact property with arrival time, unfortunately property owner/manager stated they do not receive messages from Expedia and is unable to access customers email or phone number. Expedia does not list phone # for property. All this said, there was a little confusion checking in. Fortunately the ph # is displayed at property, Owner/Manager was responsive and assisted via phone.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. We had to find the after-hours entrance, and thankfully the overnight security guard was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was another story. The room key didn’t work, there was no working key available for us, there was no hand soap, the floor was dirty, and we found hair, blood on a pillow, holes in the pillow shams, and black pubic hairs in the bed. We left within about 20 minutes and never stayed the night. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to authorize a refund through Expedia, claiming we “used the room.” That was extremely disappointing given the condition of the room.
