Tv was broken, shower didn’t get hot, and I was accused of smoking in a room with 3 smoke detectors. And there was a stain on the bed. Room smelled like animal urine. You can literally hear what the person in the next room is talking about, doors slamming, dogs barking 0/10 dont recommend. Breakfast sucked only eggs, sausage and biscuits.

Property is not close to any restaurants.

It felt as if the staff didn't care if you enjoyed your stay. In the morning, the FREE breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and hash browns all of which were cold as they had no heat under the warming tray. The juice machine had warm rancid juice in it, and the toasters didn't work. We reported this to the front desk who said they would look into it. An hour later, I heard someone else complaing about the same thing. For your own health, book another hotel.

Fantastic staff very helpful when needed. Clean rooms comfortable pillows.

Cleans roms and very good customer service

Breakfast was great with the omelet station. We did have an issue with a woman screaming and banging on a door near us at 11pm. She said she went for a smoke and came back and her child locked the door and was a hard sleeper. Husband went to see what was going on and walked her to the front desk. They were not that willing to help with her situation as the privacy lock was engaged. Husband told desk they need to handle it or call the cops to help her get back into her room.
