Buyer beware! We had a disasterous experience with this property. Had a 5 night booking (made 2 months in advance) but night of arrival got to property only to find someone else occupying it. Neither we nor Expedia could reach the proprietor despite leaving several voicemails and emails. Neighbors said this happens a lot with this property and they help a lot of stranded travelers. Don't understand how a place like this can be allowed to stay on Expedia and other hotel sites. Seems like they purposely over book. Just as well as the property didn't look that nice anyway and we ended up finding a much nicer and cheaper place even on the short notice.
Very dirty apartment everywhere.. Broken cupboards, burnt counter, broken drainage sink and shower. Fridge was malfunctioning and ice comportment was 5 inches of ice. NO soap, no dish cloths, no toaster....NO SLEET IN THE BED ONLY ONE COVER AND DIRTY DOWN FEATHER.
WE WERE TOO TIRED TO COMPLAIN AND TO CHANGE APARTMENT.
i never got to stay there as i ended up with my luggage there. the place was locked up called the hotel. they said they were fully booked. they had no rooms. i felt let down and homeless i spent the night on the streets thanks to hotels.com. I was ill the next day it was so cold my bussiness trip was a disaster due to my first night ended up being ill for the days in rotterdam
