The hotel has a perfect central location, close to restaurants, shopping and the train station. However, the hotel is old but well maintained. We stayed in this hotel on May 2-26 of 2026. There was no AC the room was like a sauna after our complaint the staff brought in a fan that helped somewhat ! And the hotel doesn’t have a parking garage but they have an understanding with a parking garage next door; unfortunately after 7 pm the garage door is closed and then you need to look for a different parking garage!!

No air conditioning in the rooms. We suffered whole night. The room was dirty upon arrival with dust and floor was not at all clean. Even Breakfast standards were not up to the mark as per actual NH Hotels chain standards. Not happy at all.

Desayuno terrible.

Location is good, close to Markthal, shopping street. Staff is helpful. Hotel is old and needs restoration like scratch marks on window pane and the rubber caulking is peeling off. Don't know what happened that Friday night. It seems cars were racing against each other. There were honking, backfiring, people shouting, yelling and went on till about 2am.
