People were very helpful no matter what their job was. They were always working and it showed. Outstanding!

Please be warned !! this is NOT Legend Hotel Minot !! The sign out front is Sonesta Essential. Two women travelers in a downpour trying to figure that out! The front desk clerk couldn't clarify over the phone. When we finally went inside anyway, the excuse was that they were "under renovation"..... The front lobby had the coffee machine labeled as "out of order" as were all the ice machines except one on the 2nd floor. We were on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. The fire escape was boarded up, as they were on the other floors. There is today NO renovations in progress.

Very basic motel. Bare bones but you get what you pay for. Pictures are not what you get. Clean. Bed,ok for comfort. Had a strong smell of pot anywhere you went and never went away.

The room was clean and newly updated. Bed very comfortable.

The room was clean and was great for our needs with a separate bedroom. Staff were great to deal with. Parking was plenty and easy. Shower was nice and clean.
