I booked a three day trip for work not bad since I was using it mostly to shower and sleep, the bed is hard and not comfortable at all, the second day I went to get something from the breakfast area and when I went back to my room my key wasn’t working so I had to ring the bell in the office and a lady with such a bad attitude came out apologize to wake her up and mention it about my problem with the key she just give me a bad look and activate my key, I said thank you and I’m sorry for the inconvenience, she ignored me and left.
