A nosotros nos toco una habitación confortable y limpia esta ok por el precio y muy cerca de la terminal. El unico problema fue al liquidar el hotel la chica de la recepción que nos atendio fue muy grosera creo su nombre era Liliana, no explicaba bien, de mal modo nos hablo y hasta su propio compañero de la recepcion le dijo que se calmara. Todo hubiera estado perfecto a excepción este suceso.

not too bad!!

The bad reviews had me really apprehensive but i think they were a bit harsh! The hotel is clean, in a good location and with lovely staff. The photos are a bit misleading and certain elements such as the hairdryer are extremely outdated. Most of my issues are regarding the shower - not having a proper fixture to the wall or a shower curtain is a bit of an inconvenience, and in the last few days we had issues with it cutting out and not working properly. Overall had a good experience staying here but i wouldnt consider it a 4* hotel

The staff was very unhelpful when I had an issue! The toilet in my room was running/overflowing and when I brought this up nothing was done about it. AC does not work!

This hotel is only 1 block from the Roma Termini, which is exactly what we were looking for. It's not the most luxurious hotel, but we were gone all day every day and just needed a room as a base camp to change, shower, and sleep. So, this met our needs perfectly. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with any requests.

The air conditioning in our room did not work well at all. When we asked that they have a look they said it was fixed but it was not. We were there during a heat wave with no reprieve. Other than that location was fine, staff was excellent. Rooms a bit small but was expected.

The property is very central , very close to the termini station . Staff very pleasant and helpful . Breakfast was ok , enough choice but more of a continental tyoe . Could do with tea/coffee facilities in the rooms . Our air conditioning didn’t work properly, very noisy and not a low temperature . Technician did come and look but couldn’t do anything . Loved the city . Please be aware watch your bags , walked through the termini station on our last morning , bag over my shoulder , head with 3 compartments and my purse was in the pocket on my tummy , went to pay for bus tickets and my purse had been stolen . Didn’t feel a thing , I reccomend a bum bag hidden under your top . Absolutely gutted as we were really being careful . Lost my cards and money which I only took out of the safe this morning as we checked out if the hotel . Spent the morning in the police station . No reflective on the hotel at all as pickpockets everywhere even though there is lots of police .

The room was worn-out, the lack of basic services, ie provisions for providing coffee / tea / water in or outside your room. Staff not friendly, no control or security of baggage when stored, etc, etc. The hotel was in a good location however and the hard uncomfortable bed was changed & cleaned over the three nights we stayed there. The hotel should rate as a 2 & half star as we have stayed in many hotels in Rome for the same cost and received much better service, presentation & finish.
