Property is under renovation. A lot is going on. Night shift is 5 star colaborators. They try to solve everything as limited as they are. Zone is great. If you are thinking about visiting Vatican City, this is the place. Breakfast is great and staff is better.

This was a great place to stay and most things were within walking distance. Wonderful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Rome. Loved it!

Updating and Attention Needed

The front desk service at check-in was cold. I gave the man a second chance to be pleasant on the 2nd day but he remain unpleasant when I asked him to direct me to the bathroom. The bedroom was extremely comfortable and clean. The room came with a super large concrete terrace that should be divided and designed for a better customer experience. Breakfast on second day was wonderful with great service from the diningroom staff after I provided concurrent feedback about the food served on the first day. Bravo. For a 4-star, I am surprised about the dated facility. Carpets throughout need to be replaced. I was not sure if they were dirty or discolored. A special thank to the evening male staff who took my feesback and passed it on the the dinning room staff. Please invest in a SWOT Analysis consultant. Cheers.

The staff was nice and courteous. The air conditioning was great! The complimentary breakfast was great. It was perfectly walking distance to the Vatican. It was quiet. All of that being said, I would not stay there again. It was filthy. Dirty shower curtains. Broken shower. No laundry facilities on site. Despite the signs saying otherwise, there was no lunch or dinner available.

Ran out of water late at Night tried to get some from the front desk only had a €10 on me and he told me that he could not give me change but only a five euro back for the water that was needing to buy in a vending machine up on the floor in the hotel . I didn’t think he needed a tip to give me change for my money. So unfortunately, my son had to go without water. We stayed July. 20th we will not be coming back ever.

We were delayed, then had our flight cancelled. So we were in panic mode to find a room for the night. Found the hotel which stated it had AC. We booked. The lobby looked great, so we were convinced it would be a good stay. They let us leave our luggage and came back when it was time to check in. Both rooms seemed pretty warm. I called and also told them at the front desk when we left to see the city and eat. We returned only to find a small fan in both rooms. Needless to say it wasn’t a pleasant night to sleep with hot temps. Everything else wasn’t bad. Friendly staff and decent breakfast with lots of options. I did ask another couple, in the elevator, if they had air conditioning and they said yes.

Property was run down compared to the pictures— lobby sofas had noticeable rips and tears, hallway carpets had stains, room was okay considering the rest of the place. Was under construction when we went. Best part about the stay was the breakfast and proximity to transportation and restaurants.

Very simple property...but covered all the necessities. Clean, nice size room, nice size bathroom and great staff. I appreciate it's a real hotel with 24/7 front desk to help with any needs. Short walk to the Vatican, restaurants and grocery stores. Shout out to Momo Pizza Kebab drop (fantastic food)!!

As we wanted something close to both the Vatican & the Rome tennis tournament this was a handy hotel though I’m not sure it actually is 4* worthy. The rooms were aged & the terraces had olden style shutters with views of the neighbourhood as opposed to anything touristy. The hot water was very slow to come through & there was only shampoo containers & soap, no shower gel. The walls are very thin. We were there when a group of teenagers were in town & they were up all night creating noise across the 3rd floor we were in. TV is cable but nothing English. But the plus points are it has a lovely reception area with very helpful staff & uber was willing to collect us from there to go out & about which helps. Breakfast spread is decent & worth the spend. WiFi worked well & helped. Beds are comfortable & furniture is decent. Fridge helps keep everything chilled but nothing pre-provided & no tea/coffee.
