The room looks horrible. The bathroom is disgusting, with dead bugs on the walls, mildew in the shower, and the stench in the room was unbearable. I requested a room change, which likely inconvenienced the gentleman at the front desk, who lacks customer service training. It's nothing compared to the photos shown; it urgently needs remodeling. I don't recommend this place for lodging unless they do a deep cleaning or a complete remodel.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my young family. Originally, no crib for baby when we arrived and when it did, it was broken. No hot/boiling water available to prep baby bottles, when asked at reception they were unempathetic and asked me to look elsewhere. I had to walk over a mile at 12am to find a bar that could issue water. Upon check out, staff just snatched my key card off me. Breakfast is a big positive as well as cleanliness, but overall would not stay again.

It was a no smoking hotel but when we got in our room it did smell like smoke, i went in the bathroom and someone had put out a cigarette and threw it in the waste basket.

Quite a disappointment. Pics and reviews were good but this hotel is in a disadvantaged neighborhood. I wouldn’t walk out at night. Shower cramped and doors didn’t close well. Toilets didn’t flush well. Worst of all the AC didn’t work . Breakfast was ok and wifi worked. Those are the only good points

It was the worst experience I had. I booked a room with Twin bed and I received double bed and when I went to talk to reception, they tried to argue with me. They dont have any customer service experience and also hotel is dirty and Un Safe. I dont recomend at all. Rude and unpleasant experience. Definetely you need to look for another option.

If you are looking for luxury, this is not the hotel to stay at. However, you’re visiting Rome and not spending time in a hotel room. We had air conditioning a clean, safe room and clean bedding and essentials. We had the essentials of a clean bathroom, clean room and simple breakfast. This is the place to stay.
