Room was nice and comfortable. It was a little warm-September. A floor fan would be a nice addition. Hotel is in a busy area and above a nightclub, it was very loud one night of our stay.

Great location. However we did not get the room that we booked. Instead we got an attic with no windows. When I told the receptionist that it’s not the room I booked, he told me I got an upgrade…. Right. Changed the room the next day only. At checkout I was asked to pay the city tax in cash. Cash only. Which is strange.

Small rooms with terrible beds and pillows. Pull out coach takes up all other space pictures show space there is none. Bath drain was slow and shower was on wrong side of tub. Very poor conditions.

We’ll be back very soon!

This was our second stay and we’ll be back again next year. We can’t fault the helpfulness, friendliness and attitude of all the staff. Superb room and very comfortable bed. Swish bathroom although the shower head mounting is a little low unless you’re only 4ft tall!

Disappointed in the hotel

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told there was no hot water and were taxi’d with 2 others to a different hotel near Trevi fountain. This was not communicated before arrival and the whole point of us actually booking this was because of the location. The hotel we were sent to was in the noisiest, busiest part of Rome. The room was dirty on arrival, a dirty sheet had been left in the room and a bunch of black hair found in the bathroom. There was no mirror in the room other than in the bathroom which was very dimly lit. Disappointing hotel and won’t stay there again as we’ve stayed in better hotels here

Great property, we had more of a suite than a room. We had a big bedroom & separate large lounge. Situated in a quiet area but with lots of dining options nearby, very helpful front desk staff helped book football tickets for us & print them out, recommended restaurants. Hotel is walkable to everything.

At first glance from the street when we got dropped off by the Taxi, I was a little nervous. Little bit of garbage in the streets and a little bit of graffiti on the walls of the opposite building. But once we entered the building, it was not disappointed, very charming and quaint. Loved Wood, structural beans and the old brick. Also loved that they had the building in front where they had a restaurant and on the other side as well. The people were extremely nice. We definitely stay there again.

I love the location walkable to some tourist spots and tour bus stops. I love the neighborhood safe and there’s a lot of restaurants around the area. I thought the bar downstairs will bother us during the night but it didn’t. All of the receptionist were so nice and helpful to us. Definitely coming back to this place. I highly recommend this for tourists.

Excellent location

Excellent location to explore the sights & surrounded by lots of restaurants - room was great for what we needed and bonus of a patio to sit & lounge on. Staff were friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend booking this hotel.
