Warm welcome with helpful advice

Very warm welcome and helpful advice. Easy to use metro to travel into centre of city. Comfy rooms. Very pleasant breakfast experience. Would definitely stay at Hotel Pergola again.

We liked it!

For the 1st night we got a room which was not OK, changed next day and this was a very much acceptable room. Friendly and nice people at the front desk. Good connection to Metro, a few minutes walking distance. We enjoyed the stay, would book it again.

This is a trash hotel. They don't light their hallways, so you've got strangers wandering in the dark. The rooms were dirty and it's overpriced.

Hotel Pergola is a great deal for price.

Simple, clean, nice staff. This hotel is not in city-Center, yet with Metro stop Jonio very near, the location allows anyone to see any part of Rome.

Ottima soluzione per chi necessita un hotel fuori dalla confusione del centro ma ben collegato con i siti di interesse turistico e ben posizionato con le arterie stradali più strategiche. Hotel ben tenuto e curato nel verde che lo circonda, come fosse un oasi verdeggiante tra i palazzi che lo circondano; un profumo unico… Camere comode, pulizia e ordine davvero curati, colazione ben assortita con prodotti di qualità e personale del bar (Daniel & C.) molto premuroso ed educato. Ospitalità, simpatia e assistenza nell’accoglienza alla reception con personale decisamente professionale e premuroso, un riconoscimento in particolare al Grande Sergio. Continuate così, gradimento riconosciuto!!!

Mi è dispiaciuto che avendo dimenticato in camera (mia moglie) un paio di scarpe, ho richiamato - appena arrivati a Catania (10 ore dopo la partenza) - e candidamente mi hanno risposto di non aver ritrovato nulla. Un vero peccato di una caduta di stile di un albergo che ho frequentato diverse e svariate volte. I tempi cambiano e il personale pure.
