It was very close to all the places we wanted to visit and just a walk away from the Roma Termini! The staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating! The only issue was that online it says they have a spa but they told us in person that they dont have one and the pool is an indoor pool which is not heated so it wasnt the best.

Very walkable from roma termini, even with our three large suitcases. Decent affordable dining options on the rooftop and just outside the main entrance. Included breakfast was great to save money and time on your trip. The kids loved the basement pool and sauna after a full day of walking around! Highly recommend!

Very nice Hotel, spectated from the main hotel where reception is, seemed pretty new, very good price to have 2 rooms with air conditioning, TVs with streaming available, nice bathroom with big shower, lots of towels, mini fridge, coffee maker. Not much storage but a big cupboard, not enough hangers though and no drawers, plus tiny safe just big enough for passports and wallet. Very nice pool and spas set up in the basement like we are in a cave. Super frustrating moment was when an Italian woman was smoking in the pool, blasting music on a speaker, filming herself and talking on the phone super loud and invading us with the stench of her smoke. When we told reception, a man super defensively said they have no way to know what is going on down there, though they have cameras in every corner of the pool and spa area. At our arrival, we didn’t get a super nice welcome, but it got better after a minute I suppose.

Corner Deluxe Camera Room was superb! King size bed - a little firm but comfortable. Room service was perfect. Everyday, without fail the bed was made up, the room and bathroom cleaned and fresh towels laid out. Breakfast was outstanding and served by very helpful and informative Glen and Fabrizio. Location of hotel was perfect making it easy to get to all of Rome's treasures. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Good hotel but not quite at 4 star level

Appreciated having two bathrooms but toiletries were not replenished and shower screen allowed water on to the bathroom and bedroom floor. There was no AC and it was hot. However Beds were comfortable and this hotel was in a great location.
