The Colosseo Panoramic Rooms located directly across from the Colosseum and within walking distance of several major attractions, including the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and numerous shops and restaurants. We enjoyed a lovely view of the Colosseum from our room, which was clean, comfortable, and had a perfectly sized bathroom. Our host, Laura, was exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and provided clear, step-by-step guidance on using public transportation to reach our destinations. On our final day, she arranged reliable car service to take us to the cruise port. I highly recommend Laura and her property for anyone visiting Rome. Thank you, Laura! Linda

From the booking of the trip to leaving this amazing and historic building with a view of the Coliseum across the street, and the wonderful, responsive, helpful and gracious representative, Laura, this was a perfect accommodation. She even helped to lug our luggage!!!!! She gave me a list of restaurants when I mentioned I have Celiac!

Amazing service

Laura was amazing during our trip. Her communication was great and even booked our ride from the airport. Location is the spotlight for this hotel, right across the street from the coliseum.

The location, the hosts, and the comfort were all amazing. The hosts were fantastic about communicating what ever we needed to know, to allow for an enjoyable and easy stay. And it really is as close to the Colosseum as advertised.

Great apartment directly in front of the colosseum! From the window you could have a perfect view. The apartment is breaking down, shower head doesn’t have enough pressure.also, since there is no shower curtain water goes everywhere which is making the door of the bathroom have mold:breaking down from water damage. I would stay again, just needs to be maintained. Also the AC is AMAZING.

The hotel is different than what you’re gonna find most places but if you enjoy being in the middle of everything across from the Colosseum able to walk across and look at it good people to help you with it’s just wonderful

Brilliant property for a week's stay in Rome. First, to set expectations, this is not a hotel in the American sense. It is a set of rooms in a residential building - a lobby and 5 rooms. I was in room #1, which had a view of the Colosseum out the window. Accessibility: There is a set of approximately 5 steps to access the elevator, so it is not completely accessible to people in wheelchairs. Now to my experience: The place is brilliant. Claudia kept in touch with me through Whatsapp throughout my stay. I was able to check in directly after my arrival in the morning by letting her know when I was leaving the airport. I was met by Roberto who showed me up to my room and got me settled. Just buzzed at the front door and he came down, took my bags, and escorted me up. Air conditioning! But I was also able to open the windows and shutters to enjoy the night breeze. One tip - if you have the air conditioning on in the heat, turn off the bathroom lights/fan and shut the door. Otherwise, the fan sucks all the cold air out of the room. Service was excellent. I woke up to no hot water one morning, messaged Claudia, and it was fixed ASAP. There was a daily housekeeping service, so this isn't just an Airbnb where you're on your own. Location is next to the Colosseum metro stop. When you leave through the turnstiles, make an immediate right - do not exit the metro onto the street. There is a hall that leads to an upward escalator to the street with the place.
