good enough, was nice

location was great - close to Cipro Metro, and a short walk to the Vatican. The advertised "breakfast is included" wasn't much of a breakfast - prepackaged pastries and standard sliced bread. They did have an espresso machine, which saved the day! Also, there's a 24/7 grocery store around the corner, very convenient.

Location is amazing!

This is a shared appartment with three rooms. Each has it's own bathroom. We loved it, safe and frindaly area. The subway is a 2 min walk. And the vatican museum is 15 min walk. Really nice location. They have a security office during daytime and entrance is locked at night, you will be able to get in with your unit key. You can reach the owner on Whatsapp if you need help and the check in person, Christian is so frindaly.

kind and friendly hosts near Cipro station

Fabio and Paolo were both delightful to deal with, via Whatsapp and in person. The rooms are not fancy, but are comfortable and roomy and pleasant, and ours had a lovely and quite, shaded balcony. The shared kitchen was a handy touch, and we appreciated the recycling options within the shared space. The Arches Inn is within a two-minute walk of the Cipro station. This is an interesting residential area, but one with many neighbourhhood shops and cafes and bars. Was a fun stay!

Awesome in every way!

The place is in a quiet and safe area and yet close to the metro station, a non-stop market and to the Vatican. It is a stand alone studio apartment with a kitchen and living area area shared with two other units. It was very clean and well kept. The communication with the host was outstanding, before the trip and during check in. Google was showing us the location a few houses down so the host came to retrieve us from the street. She was very kind and went the extra mile to show us how to get around Rome, to various attractions. I only wish there were an Arches Inn in every city of the world.

We did not end up staying at arches. Unfortunately, they had a pipe burst and were unable to accommodate us. They did however book us into another local bnb which was lovely apart from the cleaning staff opening our door twice without knocking prior to check out the day of our departure.

Paolo was so friendly and very helpful, and the beds were so comfortable after walking many miles each day! I would highly recommend this property - it's also very close to the grocery store and the metro!

The owner and the cleaners were amazing. Great answering questions and very willing to help. The place is very basic with the bare minimum and simple. Very clean and in good location close to metro and safe neighborhood.

The room was comfortable enough for our family of 4,though a tad old fashioned.There was no occupant in the other room,so we had the kitchen to ourselves-a definite big plus!Lack of a shower curtain meant the entire bathroom was left soaking wet after each shower.

Great location and affordable

The location is great, short walk from the station, walkable distance to the vatican. The staff was very friendly and offered lots of support and advice. Only problem was there was an issue with the sceptic system, causing the entire room to smell bad after the toilet was flushed. The owner was informed and this is should be fixed before anyone else rents the room.

This place is great! Close to the metro train. Market open 24hrs. Great places to eat close by! Staff is amazing in helping! Kitchen to cook or warm stuff! Walking distance to the Vatican! Would recommend highly to anyone!

Nice place to stay close to Vatican City

We communicated with the owners through email and asked questions beforehand and received quick responses. They were ever so helpful and met us when we arrived to help us get settled in and acclimated to our surroundings. It could not have been a better situation for our lodging. Now the shiesty taxi driver was another story! :-(

The apartment was short distance from metro station and walk distance (10min) from Vatican. Apartment was clean and had a homely feeling. Ideal place to stay. Nearby restaurants and shops offer everything you need for good prices.
