This hotel is perfect if you want to visit Rome's major sites as it is a short walk from Barberini metro station, and a 10-minute walk from the Trevi fountain. The rooftop pool was perfect for a bit of relaxation after a day in the city. Staff are fantastic, and tended to our every need. The hotel is stunning, breakfast very good.

The hotel is very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and several staff were genuinely kind. Unfortunately, the shower leaked badly and left water all over the floor each time it was used, housekeeping entered our room despite us asking for a few minutes to finish changing (and they ignored that request which was awkward), and the pool was always overcrowded with unused “reserved” (by towels) chairs that left us standing. For $500 a night, the lack of comfort and poor pool management kept the experience from living up to Hilton standards

This is where you want to be! We have visited Rome a few times and this place has it all! I will start with the Amazing pool, amazing breakfast, the best staff, and super clean! The Turn down service is lovely and anything you can think of, they help you with! If you want to be in the middle of Rome with a 15 minute walk to everything, this is where you want to be. The pool at the end of the day makes summer in Rome AMAZING!

Some of the Front desk staff did not understand the concept of customer service, most were awesome. Building is beautiful. I cannot understand why a five star hotel would close their pool at 6 PM with 90° weather. Unbelievable. The restaurant in the hotel wasn't very busy, but the food was terrific. Waitstaff in the restaurant was super friendly and accommodating, but just not well-trained for a high-end restaurant
