Our host was very kind and helped make our staff very pleasant! We only needed room for sleep, so it worked perfectly for us. He puts a lot of care into the people that stay on his property.

Location is near Termini, but on a surprisingly pleasant, tree-lined street. Staff was extremely helpful: storing luggage on get-away day, helping with carrying suitcases down stairs, etc. Considering the reasonable price, a very good place to stay.

This hotel is nothing fancy but in a great location if Termini is your starting point. The bathrooms are nice. If you’re looking for a quiet place, this is not it….lots of traffic and street noise…Sadi was a good host.

The location can not be beat and the service was good. Unfortunately it is 7 flights of stairs to the room. Something to keep in mind if you're not very mobile. The bathroom was also very basic. And small. And the shower had no place to put soap or shampoo. Traffic outside the window is intrusive. The nature of the neighborhood.

The building is safe, we have three keys for main building gate, inner gate and unit gate. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Bed is comfortable. The location is very convenient, nearby many restaurants and metro train station. There is a big shopping center in the train station. The only thing that I wish the property had is the elevator. We had two luggage’s and three big backpacks, there is no elevator in this building, we had to move down the luggages and backpacks from fourth floor on our departure day.

Good place for 1 night near train station

This was a place to stay near the train station after my flight from the US. It satisfied what I needed, which was a place to sleep, a good shower, and close to the train station. This place isn’t really a hotel – – it’s more like they bought an apartment and then split it up into rooms. The gentleman at reception met me at the door and carried my luggage up which I very much appreciated. I would stay here again.

I booked this hotel through Expedia and paid in advance. The day before the manager called and said that Expidia made a mistake amd that I needed to pay $100.00 more or he would have to cancel my booking. I tried to fiend another hotel but there were either booked or the prices were too high, so I paid the extra $100. The hotel is close to the termini station, but its located in a side road and the sign is stick to the wall so you can't see it. I call the manager and he came out. I got a 4th floor and they have no elevator. The room smelled bad, the air conditioner was not working. I told the manager and he said that ge was going to take care of it, but he did not. Watch out when you are going to take a shower because the hot water just last between 30 to 45 seconds. After that, the water turns so cold that makes you believe you are taking a shower in the north pole. I don"t like to give bad reviews but this place gave me no option. I have stayed in other 2 star hotels in Rome before and this is the worst by far.

Very convenient to the Termini station. It was a very quick stay for us. We needed a place to rest before continuing our journey. Happy to have one vacant room left on such short notice. Very welcoming anytime there is a comfortable bed to lay down on after a grueling and very long flight. Will definitely use again when needed.

It was a inexpensive place to stay near the train station. No wi-fi. Breakfast was practically worthless. BUT, if you just need a clean place near the train this hotel will fit your needs just fine!

Great Value for the money across from Termini

Radi is in a great location to do Rome as a tourist. 2 min walk to Termini, 10-30 min walk to all the top attractions. The B&B itself is a converted apartment in a private residence building. The hosts are very nice and male host speaks good English. Wifi is available, but signal is not great. This place is not fancy, but great value for the money and location.

Great choice for Roma Termini

Need one-night stopover near the central station. This apartment is minutes' walk from the station and there's great choice of restaurants nearby. The staff is nicely, and room perfectly adequate for my purpose. Despite its proximity to the main road, I wasn't bothered by the noise at all.

Good location

A few rooms in an apartment building beside the train station. Very basic but absolutely fine. Not really a family place and not romantic but if you need to stay a night or two in central Rome then this is fine.
