Lacking lotion in rooms, but staff was extremely great and accommodating

We enjoyed our stay here! The staff was very friendly especially the breakfast hosts. It was also a very good breakfast although we prefer a waffle maker instead of the pancake maker. The front lobby was very well done and they had complimentary little sachets of tea, lavender-scented items and an eye mask. It was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable with soft and hard pillow options. Our only negative would be that the pool was out of use. We would stay again!
