Minimal parking, can't lock deadbolts when you leave the room. I was charged by Expedia for this stay The girl then charged me when I checked in, she said she'd reverse it and it's still not reversed and now I see TWO MORE charges from them after check out. Can't get ahold of the property. Bad customer service all around.

This is a great location for a family. Close to Mt Rushmore and the other Black Hills attractions, and well-maintained with a kitchenette and firepit. The only weakness is the loft is very low and our kids were not comfortable sleeping with such a low ceiling. Still 5 stars though.

We stayed in the Dakota Cabin! The location next to the park was amazing! It was the perfect location to see Mt. Rushmore and Sylvan lake all while being in the cutest area! My only complaint would be how tiny the bathroom and kitchenette areas were and the pullout couch was less than ideal but for our road trip it was the perfect spot and we would definitely return!!

Despite a few things being wrong with our room I would absolutely stay here again and again and again. In one of the bedrooms the lights did not work at all. There was only enough shampoo and body wash for 1 use. The fitness center was closed. Other than those things our stay was fantastic. The complimentary breakfast is amazing. My kids felt like our room was an apartment. The kitchen was supplied with all of the cooking things that we would need. It was nice having the sitting area separate from the bedrooms so we could put the kids to sleep and watch TV for a while.

The location is perfect. The staff ever so gracious, immaculate.Everything in perfect working order. The kitchen has full size refrigerator/ freezer but only a microwave if you plan to cook. Highly recommend.

Place is dated but a super cute place to stay with a view. Walking distance to food and activities perfect for a family. They do not have complementary breakfast they only offer coffee and tea.
