Hotel staff were very efficient and helpful.Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was fine but dinner was very very average. Overall a good stay for one night , useful airport transfer included and very good value for money. Will use again when flying from Genoa airport.

A little expensive for the small rooms. But it is Milan. Expected a lot more for the price. Did not receive our free bottle of wine.

A very good hotel with helpful staff. We were able to leave our luggage there before and after our stay. They have a relaxation area where you can wait for your train. We highly recommend it.

Was very conveniently located for us as first time visitors to Milan. We were close to shops, tourist spots ( The Duomo), etc. The meals we had were very good ( breakfast and dinner), The hotel lay out is a bit strange, but it is because it is a transformed building ( not originally built to be a hotel), But it sits on a Plaza and the view from our window was marvelous for people watching! We had no noise from below, so that was great! It has a nice gym, and pool. We used the gym but not the pool

A great choice for an adults only stay in Riva del Garda. Close enough to the action, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of the town. Great, helpful staff and a lovely breakfast. Pool was also great, with happy hour every day at 4.30pm!
