The pillows and bed are nothing to brag about. Lumpy and thin. The towels are exceptionally thin and cheep. The room was switched and not what we booked when we arrived as it wasn’t available.

Good one night stay en route to the Maritimes. Room was clean and nice. The hotel caters to families with little kids given the pool and arcade. The on site restaurant was surprisingly good and affordable. Overall a good one night stay on our travels.

Very upset customer. Room had strong, unbearable smell of chlorine. My husband has severe asthma and wheezed all night. Our items smelled like chlorine afterwards. When I requested a room change due to the scent it was not honoured and the only reason why we didn’t leave was because we had young children and arrived late at night. Can’t believe I paid 335$ to stay there!

Cottage was falling over, deck was rotten and not safe, steps up were rotten falling apart, inside was full of ear wigs spiders, walls were a mess, floors so not leveled the fridge was falling backwards, could not use stove as it was not level and the inside of the oven was shedding black over all our food. Cracks all in the walls and screws nails visible. Furnature was super old, AC in window was not functioning properly, and there was a full space where bugs kept getting in beside the AC unit. Also could hear our neighbours clearly in master bedroom. Cottage 127 Ingleside do not rent. Disappointed for what we paid for 3 nights with our family of 5.

Would not return

Might as well have slept on concrete… the bed was extremely uncomfortable, I woke up with the worst back ache. The room had a broken wobbly table and 2 computer chairs instead of the advertised seating area. Hot tub was foaming and the ladder was to the pool was so sippery I fell and hit my knee. The arcade looked like someone’s basement.
