The king bed suite was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly, but there was no sound insulation both from inside or outside the room. We could hear other guests clearly, as well as the many motorcyclists who were staying there. Easy location to access, though not in a particularly beautiful area. The suite was relatively clean aside from a few hairs in the bathroom and on the sofa, but being that it was an animal-friendly room we were ok with that. Very happy to be able to bring our dog there.

Great place to stay!

Had a very nice stay while travelling through the area to the east coast. A perfect stay overnight with our family, our kid loved being able to swim in the pool after a day in the car, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and well kept. Had a fridge and a microwave which was handy while travelling. The restaurant was very accommodating, served us even though they were getting ready to close, so kind!

Pool view room, nice enough, but very strong chlorine smell and no fresh air available. Also hand rail on balcony was very oxidated and dirty
 but staff who came to clean it was very nice and cleaned it right up (young Mexican gentleman).

This was a not a 4 star . The rooms are dated and my room on the 4th floor had a terrible smell . Similar to mould . The halls were old and tired . My friend who had a room facing the pool her room smelled so much like chlorine and it hurt our eyes. Even the towels smelled. The hotel is so very busy and so it’s loud. The only good thing was my young kids liked the pool and water slide . There was a good lifeguard who was paying good attention to the kids which was good. The hot tub was more lukewarm though. The area around the hotel is good with stores and food but you need to drive .

This was a fun hotel to stay at with the kids. The pool and games room was good entertainment. The commercial sized ice maker made it easy to fill coolers. Nespresso in the room was the cherry on top!
