It's a perfect place to stay if you are exploring Moncton area and just need a place to rest. It is a bit noisy being on main street, but quiets down at night.

Friendly staff. Very nice and spacious rooms and bathroom. Located right beside the river, very convenient to downtown. The Nespresso coffee was great to have! Would stay again.

My husband and I like to visit casinos when travelling. I booked this gem through Trivago and received an absolutely amazing deal on the room. We were on first floor, the room was huge including bathroom. Amenities of robes, wine glasses and a selection Keurig coffees with actual mugs was a nice touch. The casino buffet was ok but we didnt have to drive anywhere so that made up for it. Their was a concert that night and you wouldnt have even known that. Casino payout was good which for us was nice. Doesnt always go that way. The casino is two minutes from Magnetic Hill! Highly recommend this place.

The room was very clean. Our room had vinyl plank flooring and it looked like it was recently renovated.

The hotel is older, with upgraded bathrooms, TV, comfortable beds. Be prepared to walk some stairs, as there is no elevator. There is a nice sitting room in the center of the second floor, with rooms that have access to it. There’s a coffee table, which could be fun for family games. I liked that my room was in that area because there was not a room adjacent to mine, making it very quiet. It took me some time to figure out the TV, which has both English and French speaking stations. I would stay here again, hoping that some improvements had taken place, such as new curtains, better lighting, etc. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful, at the desk as well as at the breakfast. I was happily surprised to have so many hot and cold choices, breads, fruit, beverages. It was way above most hotels who usually serve continental breakfast. I observed that people staying there were quiet and seemed to be enjoying their stay. The only noise came in the morning, as people were leaving their rooms, the closing doors made a loud bang. I would stay there again if traveling in that area.

The property is older and there is visible wear and tear in the room but for the price point- fair. The best thing was the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good about them.
