Property description was very accurate. Most importantly, the hotel and room were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The only thing I would have wanted is a microwave in the room but I survived. I will definitely book here in the future.

I had specifically requested to be on the quieter side of the hotel, not on the freeway side, 2 months ago when I made the reservation and then called and confirmed the request two weeks before my stay. My adult son was a judge for a high-stakes competition in town and it was imperative that we were well rested for two strenuous days of the competition. Upon arrival they said there were no rooms available on the top floor as we had requested or on the quieter side of the hotel. We could not sleep till around 3:00 in the morning it sounded like a race track outside the freeway was so loud. Housekeeping failed! the conditioner ,AND body wash dispensers were were empty. Also a light bulb burned out in reading lamp.The next day I had to leave early for our event and was told there were no rooms available to relocate to but that they would call me as soon as one was available. We returned at 6pm with no phone call, no supplies in our shower,and no reading light. I rode up the elevator with several new families that had just checked in to the quiet side and upper floors. I was very disappointed in our stay and the treatment we received.

Everything was very new & the front desk clerk was very efficient. We arrived later in the evening so it was a very nice room, comfy bed and quiet sleep. We would use this hotel again.

Property is located in a great area to shopping, many different types of restaurants, activities, and golf. The only issue I had, was upon check-in, the front desk personnel was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. I was patient. I just felt she could’ve said, “I’ll be with you in a minute,” or something to that effect.
