Avoid this dump at all costs

This place is an absolute dump. I stayed there years ago and it was fine, but now the place is run down, expensive and they even stopped the complimentary breakfast. There’s no reason to ever stay here when there’s so many nicer properties close by. We found dead fleas and eggs in the beds.

the male receptionist was awesome, we spoke the night before confirming the 3 rooms I reserved. The rooms were standard quality a bit outdated, but the bed was clean and comfortable which is a big deal to me.

Accessible to malls and good dining spots but the freeway was too noisy. Couldn't get a good night's sleep. Check in took too long. Like almost 30 minutes. One of the staff could have helped the only receptionist checking in guests especially since there were some issues with some guests. We were 5th in the line. The room and bathroom were dusty not only floors but also the walls including where to hang clothes. Our room faintly smelled like paint. The tiled floor where the sink is located was not even mopped including the bathroom floor. We wanted to use the heater around 2 am since it was cold but didn't because it was dirty and dusty and we were concerned to have dust circulating in the air and inhaling it. The toilet was so noisy when the tank refills after every flush. Door to the room has to be forcefully pulled from the outside to close. Worst hotel i checked in.

DON’T STAY HERE!! BUGS

We had to wait 20 minutes just to check in. Our room was discussing, we even had ANT’S. People above us has a child who wouldn’t stop running practically all night. We were waken up by banging on the floor , shower running non-stop. We called the front office, he did go talk to them. A few minutes later the people up stairs called us harassing us. There was no reason what so ever for these people to have called us several times. I will never stay at your establishment again.
