Beautiful property and amenities that are ideal for the active traveler. Unfortunately, on arrival the staff couldn't log in to the computer despite trying 3 monitors. There was a long delay while she attempted to access the system (meanwhile, I was calling other area hotels for a new reservation elsewhere.) Room was great. Next morning at the breakfast area, two staff members had a heated argument in the lobby. Awkward to watch as a guest. One staff was assisting with the food setup and being generally helpful. The other, was refusing his help, accusing him of rushing her, demanding he "respect my time." Only 1 of 3 staff members I encountered during my single night stay seemed motivated for the stay to be restful and pleasant for the customer.
I love to stay here every time I'm in Corona, it's become my "Go-To" hotel. The location is perfect, shops near by are great as well, and the rooms are just wonderful. Will continue to stay here each time!
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. What we Love about the place is very convenient to the grocery stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel
Convenient walk to shops and restaurants. We went b/c it was close to glen ivy. Shout out to the staff for making sure my husband that is allergic to nuts. They were able to let me know what is safe for breakfast for him to eat. I wish I would have gotten her name.
Our stay was…ok. I know a lot of hotels don’t do daily housekeeping since Covid but it would be nice if the trash was taken out daily. We stayed 3 nights and after the second night we had to request ours to get taken out, beds get remade, etc. When we got back to the room only the trash was taken out. People on our floor seemed to have the same problem because bags of food and trash would be left out overnight, sometimes for more than a day.
When coming back in from the pool we were also locked outside the hotel. We tried our key as instructed but it didn’t work. We called the front desk and were placed on hold for 10+ minutes to stand outside in our swimsuits or walk all the way around to the front of the hotel with our 3 small children. Luckily, another family saw us and was able to let us back the hotel.
Finally, on our check out day housekeeping began knocking on our door at 10am even though checkout isn’t until 11 and we had a do not disturb sign on the door. On your day of check out be ready early if you stay here. Not sure if I would recommend.
